The method

Learn it. Live it. Measure it.

Kari's whole design is one loop, borrowed from the strongest evidence in skills training: model → rehearse → feedback. Out loud, every time.

01
Learn the technique

A spoken lesson, not a video

Kari teaches you one concrete technique and you practice it out loud with her on the spot. One attempt, one correction quoting your literal words. When you nail it, the difficulty goes up.

02
Put it to the test

Real scenes with a character who talks back

You pick a roleplay, you speak, and the character reacts the way that person would: bored by canned lines, pushing back, giving in only to real technique. It's genuine exposure practice, without the social cost.

03
See what to fix

A report that measures behavior, not calm

When you finish, Kari shows you where you won and where it slipped, with evidence of what she heard: filler words, silences, sentence endings, follow-up questions. And the one thing to change next time.

What Kari measures

Four traits. One number. One lever.

Every session feeds four measured traits. From them, Kari calibrates your charisma number (0–100) — weighted so your weakest trait drags it, because charisma doesn't average out. The trait costing you the most points is your lever: fix that first.

Listening — trait measured by Kari

Listening

Follow-up questions, callbacks, building on what they said.

Clarity — trait measured by Kari

Clarity

One idea per turn, sentences that end instead of trailing off.

Confidence — trait measured by Kari

Confidence

Holding your point without permission words or over-explaining.

Tone — trait measured by Kari

Tone

Energy variation, emphasis, pace — the voice that fills the room.

Real report, real session

You walked in nervous and walked out with her recommendation. That's craft.

ListeningTwo follow-up questions and a callback: you actually listened.71
ToneThe theater anecdote changed her face.66
ClarityOne idea per turn, though the second one ran long.63
ConfidenceOne permission-seeking “I guess”, but you held your point.58
Your profile

Five conversational archetypes

As evidence accumulates, Kari maps your trait profile to five archetypes — not to put you in a box, but to show you what your strengths already look like and where your training is taking you.

The Observer

You read the room before stepping in.

The Improviser

You think on your feet.

The Storyteller

You don't report — you narrate.

The Spark

Pure energy; it's contagious.

The Magnetic

You get to the point and they stay.
